Title: Create a Planner Task for Flagged Email
Description: This Flow takes your flagged email messages and creates a corresponding task in Microsoft Planner. Once the task is created it deletes the original message for a clutter free inbox!
Detailed Instructions: Just import the Flow and change it to point to your Planner plan.
Questions: I am open to answering questions about this Flow. Please ask right here as a reply.

Its is possible we show the files (attacheds) that could be have in the email in the Planner?
I have a question regarding this this flow:
Is it possible to add a step with a e.g. a pop-up box which asks you for the specific Group and Plan for which the Planner Task should be created? If I wanted to sort the tasks into different projects or Buckets?
@aprildunnam , Hey April,
Is it possible to trigger flow when an email is unflagged?
Unfortunately I don't know of a way to trigger a flow when an email is unflagged. The Outlook connector only has a trigger for when an email is flagged.
It is possible to trigger a flow when an email is unflagged.
First note that all flagged emails are placed in a "Flagged Emails" folder which become to do items. Therefore you can detect any new or updated records.
Using the To Do action simply detect any updates to your "Flagged Emails" folder.
Unflagging is considered an update to the record.
Hello april,
I am a big fan of your channel!
I have two questions:
1. whenever I flag the email, the person in CC is included with on in the Planner. I don't want that because people are always notified. So is there a way to remove the people in CC?
2. I want the email to come in a specific bucket. For example my task is called "To do" how can I set the emails to be forwarded there?
Hi!
Thanks for this useful flow.
Can you also add in an additional flow which will enable to unflag the mail once you mark a task complete in planner.
