MS flow with image embedded in an email (can be alternatively leveraged wherever image is needed\required).

Pre-requisite:

Have the image uploaded on a path accessible to Power Automate (like Sharepoint or Onedrive or File System Gateway). I choosed Onedrive here.

MS flow Steps:

1. Trigger (based on your requirement).
2. 'Get file content using path' connector: and reference the image path.
3. Initialize Variable: Initialize a variable (say, 'vImageTag') as a string. The initialized value of this variable will be: <img src="data&colon;image/jpeg;base64,@{body('Get_file_content_using_path')['$content']}" alt="ImageLogo_AltText" /> 
4. In the above statement - the blue highlighted portion is reference of step # 2
5. Email: In the email body, reference the variable 'vImageTag' and your body content thereafter. The place wherein 'vImageTag' has been referenced, will be replaced with actual image logo for the email receiver (in HTML format of the email).

Does anyone have a solution for a variable image based on a Microsoft Form Submission?
I'm trying to create a Microsoft Form with Images and then Flow that to an email solution with the images imbedded instead of linking to a OneDrive for Business
