Hi, Great solution, thanks. I have a bit of a follow up to this. Trying to figure out a way to create a dashboard with info/visuals on success/failure rate etc for all the flows and so was wondering if you had any suggestions for this. I guess there would be an additional step taking a count of whether it indeed did succeed or fail.

I’ve tried looking into something built in but all things seem to point to PowerBI which I’m trying to avoid due to cost and requirements being a simple dashboard. Ideally something cost effective already in the power platforms/automate space. An example would be similar to creating a dashboard in the azure  monitor space looking at logic apps.

I’m new to the power platforms space and any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you sound like you have a good idea of how to implement it, count a success at the end of each flow & add a count of failure in the failure scope for if the scope/notifications are triggered.

As for visuals, I’m not as familiar with all options there like anything built in to Power Automate, but if there isn’t anything built in & you have access to Power Apps, then there are some simple graph options available in Power Apps that you could connect a success & failures dataset to.

Hi, Thank you for the details. It helps a lot. I am using your flow with my flow. But after any failure of my flow, i am getting 7 emails in my inbox which should be one. Any suggestion?

I see it’s a For a selected file trigger. Were multiple files selected when you last ran it? Did that trigger multiple flow runs?

I WISH it was that simple. I've added a new blank Scope and the My Clipboard thing is NOT working. / Will NOT let me do a paste.  😞
