Here, I am sharing a flow setup that can be used to export tasks related data from a planner plan to Excel. This includes data like the categories applied to a task, notes on the task, completion percentage, assignments etc.

This flow basically gets you all the data from planner. You can setup separate flows to clean up the excel before a new import from planner to make the system more self maintained.

The ‘groupId’ and ‘planId’ are easy to get from the url in the plan. Just open the plan in your browser and take it from there, ‘groupId’ is after ‘groupId=’ and ‘planId’ after ‘planId=’.

wondering if possible to filter the due date in planner to extract only the current month / current year. 

the flow extracted all data - need current month / current year data only. can we add filter in due date /created date logic?

Hi I've recently tried to use this and it works great. However I seem to have an issue with it creating duplicates rather than recognizing existing entries updating the data. I changes the trigger for this and to a schedule that runs every 10 mins and planned on using it as a live document for users that prefer to view tasks from excel. Any suggestions on why it continues to create duplicates on a never ending loop?

Is it possible to mimic the export excel file from planner exactly the same in flow? Also is the columns like label, late, priority, progress can be updated? I also want a very simple flow that just get description with task id or bucket id just two columns, Any help or suggestion?

This flow is really perfect! And I learned a lot while editing it!

However, I found myself stuck in a problem. I want to use Concurrency Control set to 50 as currently the whole process is taking more than 5 hours to complete to export from my planner.

When I do that, my variables come with wrong and mixed values, as if the values of the loops are mixed up.

I've already tried editing in many ways, but I couldn't get it to work. Is there anything I can do? Something I can change to make it work correctly using Concurrency Control to speed up the flow processing?

Any tips from the community would be greatly appreciated, really! 😄
