Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
I am getting the same error. Did you find a solution?
Hi @MalteM
Thanks for the great flow! Work absolutely fantastic. One issue I'm facing however, is changed shifts. In our organisation it may happen that a shift is assigned to someone else or a shift is deleted. In that case, the original synchronization remains in the agenda, while I'd like to see this being deleted automatically. Is there a way to do so in this flow?
Kind regards
Just updated the flow and put the newest version in the original post of this thread. This should fix the problems for @RBMN187 , @Beebopdoowap , @DeBuurman and @abutler . Remember to add you calendar name and team name again. As my time is very limited right now, I will not be looking here very often, so helping each other is appreciated.
Thanks for this flow.
One question in general, my regular shifts are synched perfectly. Once in my calendar it isn't duplicated on the next run. My 'All Day' shift e.g. Free or Vacation are added each sync, resulting in a lot of duplicates.
Have looked trough the Flow but cannot pinpoint what causes this, who can help?
Could you show me the output from the "List all Time Off Instances" activity?
Will provide in a PM
Update, I'm unable to sent the output as plain text or as code sample. Also tried as attachment but .txt, .json, .xml and .zip were not allowed.
