Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
hello there,
I am running into a problem when using this Automation. I am trying to make the Time Off Entries into an "All day" event. I just changed it in Power Automate from "Is All day event" from "No" to "Yes". however this seems to break the Flow, it is adding multiple entries and adds an extra day (have a look at screenshot). Any idea how to fix this?
Sorry, no. We've moved away from Shifts and searching for software with better features.
The time zone area is hard coded in this flow. Maybe try changing the hard coded date to match your local location. or try moving forward an hour or time zone or back to get them to match?
Have you added the Calendar and Teams to the USERINPUT areas of the power flow?

Hi there,
After years of running this flow without a hitch, I'm suddenly getting a run fail with a 404 'resource not found' error for the List all shifts action (see attached screenshot). Does anybody else have this problem? Has Microsoft moved or disabled something? Or is this something to be fixed within the flow? If it's relevant, I'm in the UK.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Kris.

Like I mentioned We have the Shifts for 247 team with Multiple Groups, and Multiple Members inside there:
Please could you help????
Yeah, I'm getting the "404 resource not found errors" as well, but nobody else seems to have noticed. My flow was working perfectly for a long time (for a team of 8 each running their own instance) and just suddenly stopped working for all. I have also only made the changes suggested in the guidance for this flow. I don't think it's something you or I have misconfigured, and maybe something has changed at 'the other end'. Either it's only affecting a subset of users (maybe geographic) or not many use this feature now. Could anybody help?
Hi Everyone!
I'm a first-timer here, so please bear with me.
I just tried importing the attached flow today, and it looks like it's dated:
Does anyone have an updated zip file by any chance?
Well this is embarrassing. I finally found time to look at this properly and discovered that somebody else has changed the MS Teams team name, which of course broke the flow. Stupidly simple. All fixed now and hopefully this'll help others that stumble into this.
