Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
@Schmidi The flow just got another little update. New zip file is already uploaded into this thread. Could you try and test the new one to make sure I didn't introduce any new bugs? 😉
Thank you!
it's works 🙂
Feature Request:
Is it possible to implement when a shift is change to delete the old calender entry?
Unfortunately the shifts integration in flow is in 'preview' and there are currently no triggers to work with. You can leave an upvote and maybe a comment with your wish here:
https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/More-Triggers-for-Shifts/idi-p/617952
As soon as they are adding a trigger for when a shift is deleted, I will update the flow.
I cant seem to get this to work, I have put in the Team name and the Calendar name and everything runs but the items are not getting created in the calendar, I get all green ticks when it runs with no issues just nothing showing up in my calendar
i had this also onetime. So wait one day and take a look tomorow again
It has been several days now with at least 5 successful runs and nothing in the calendar
@Matthewh Are you getting any "true" results at the "Get shifts assigned to user" condition or is everything turning out "false"?
I am getting "true" results on shifts assigned to user
I think I figured it out, it only looks 14 days in advance, my shifts are mapped out on a rotating 1 on 3 off basis on this particular team, so if I modify:
@MalteM I modified the time up to 60 days and still not adding shifts, very weird
@Matthewh Can you post some screenshots of one of your flow runs here (or send me a private message)?
