Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.

Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.

The inputs of workflow run action 'TeamID_conditions' of type 'If' are not valid. The variable 'TeamName' must be initialized before it can be used inside action 'TeamID_conditions'

@ianducCheck wether you have entered the correct TeamName at "[USER INPUT] Initialize TeamName".

The Team name is Fahrschule Drive me and like that, I have entered it???

@ianduc You have to enter the name in the "Value" field. "Name" describes the name of the variable.

@MalteM  Yeahhhh my hero!!! It works. 2 questions is it possible to show the group name in Outlook and how do I change the UTC time to UTC+1.

It shows correctly in Outlook however when I open the event it shows UTC time.
