Automatically copies your shifts and Time Off instances from Microsoft Teams Shifts into your Office365 Outlook calendar. Default options are set to check the shifts and Time Off instances once a day.
Needs a "Microsoft Teams", "Office 365 Outlook", "Office 365 User" and "Shifts (Microsoft Teams)" connection. Import the flow and set the value of the CalendarName variable to the name of your calendar into which the shifts/Time Off instances are to be copied. Also, set the value of the TeamName variable to the name of your team from which the shifts/Time Off instances are copied.
@wnalin @TAM_VysakhThe only variables you need to set are CalendarName and TeamName, everything else should be filled automatically. If CalendarID is empty please check wether your entered CalendarName is correct.
Forgive me, I am new to all this. Is the below image showing my calendar name or am I looking at this all wrong?
@wnalinThat would be your TeamName. CalendarName describes the name of your calendar in Outlook.
I thought that too and tried and it didn’t work. Maybe I have the team name wrong. I was using the team name from the main Teams page. Will make some more changes and see if that works. Appreciate assist!
Thanks for the flow.
It works fine with my personal outlook calendar but I can't seem to get it to work with a group calendar. Is this not possible? I just changed the calendar name. Is there something else I should be doing?
@AnonymousI did not test it with a group calendar, what error is the flow showing to you?
@MalteMThis is the error I'm getting:
This makes sense as when I check the Get calendars step and review the list of Calendars appearing in value the only ones listed are my personal Outlook calendars. Is there a way to add group calendars?
On the other hand I have a colleague getting a different error when trying to sync her shifts from another Teams group. This is the error she's seeing:
any idea what that could be?
Thanks!
Hello,
Thank you for creating this it is working great for me. One issue I have is it appears to create duplicates of the same shift each time the flow runs. Have you had any other issues with this?
Hello,
I imported this flow, but I'm getting an error regarding the team name:
This it the name of my team in Teams. Can anyone else help me resolve this issue?
