A complete beginner here. How do I do this? (Pressing shift+the right arrow keys 13 times) and assigning that to a single shortcut

Hello.

I just discovered about Power Automate and it certainly looks very convenient.
I want to know how I can achieve the following.

I am a media translator and I make subtitles for documentaries and what not.
I use a specialized software called SST which is the industry standard.

When you make a subtitle in the software, you need to designate where the start point and the end point are.
Usually, it is recommended to leave extra 13 frames after someone stops speaking for the ease of reading, so 
in order to do that, you need to hold the shift key and press the right arrow key 13 times.

That way a section for one subtitle will be made.

What I would like to do is to program Power Automate so that once a flow is activated, it automatically does that for me so I don't have to press these keys that many times.

Also, I would like to assign a shortcut key to this flow so that while I am working inside SST, all I need to do is press the short cut keys and the whole thing is done in one go.

Since I am a complete beginner, it would be much appreciated if someone can give me pointers or even better,
actual steps to take to be able to do what I explained above.

To create an entry in the Power Automate desktop containing 13 right arrows with the shift key pressed you can use the Send Keys action under Keyboard and Mouse. The screenshot below shows the action configured to send a Shift RightArrow RightArrow.

But there is no way to assign a shortcut key to run a Power Automate Desktop flow. The PAD flow can be triggered by a regular flow or manually from the PAD app.  There is no option for a shortcut key.

Quantities in ‘Send Keys’ are done with colon. So:

{LShiftKey}({Right}:13). I think.

If you setup an infinite loop which waits for a key combination, you should be able to achieve it.
