After save Problem at One Drive Flow not shown in Menue anymore , Does One Drive destroy your work data?

I cannot open my Flow, cause it is not shown in Power Automate Desktop (Flow) Menue anymore.

I found both files in One Drive

There was Problem by save on OneDrive , at the screenshot you see that meta file , and the other file have a different date.

I have a free licence , (private) so i cant get support, and i do not know if can get my data back if i buy a license cause there for i need a new email adress.

Does someone know a better alternate Programm to automate Desktop Tasks   ?

Please help cause i do not wanna loose weeks of work 🙂

If its in OneDrive then make sure you are logging into Power Automate desktop using your OneDrive login.  Otherwise it will be looking for the files somewhere else.

My symtom is same perfectly. When I checked the Onedrive.exe file, there was no executable at all. So when I reinstalled OneDrive, there was a file of Power Automate. However, there was no way to restore it for use in Power Automate. But I hope someone can give me a solution.

As I said above.  Power Automate Desktop stores your files in different places depending on the account you use to login.  Most people with Windows 10/11 will use a Microsoft account which will store the files in OneDrive consumer.  But you can also use a Microsoft 365 login, like you would for regular Power Automate, which will store the files in OneDrive for Business.  If you don't use the same login each time you won't see the files you are expecting.  It has nothing to do with OneDrive.exe which is a sync client that will work with both OneDrive consumer and OneDrive for Business.

Thanks, but, Unfortunately, your solution didn't help. I'm using the same OneDrive account and Power Automate account, but I can't see my saved flows in Power Automate. However, there are Power Automate files in OneDrive. The only problem is that I can't load it in Power Automate.

Please post this as a new question instead of as a reply to an existing question.  Your issue isn't the same as the original post here.

Dear Pstork , thank you for help. This was my first thought, there was an update at PAD and i had to log in again. ! I am sorry i forgot to write that in my panic.

Lets go back to the files are shown on top at the picture, when i look at the versions I saw that i worked at these files.

"Make sure to use power automate login and one drive"

<- I use the same email Adress to log in at one drive , and to login at power automate

I am not using microsoft 365.

But i still think this could be the Problem , do you have an idea how i can check that again or did i  not understand something  ?

If we can execlude that cause my way is correct till now .

Would you recomend to set the Version of the newer File what was written at 02.01 to same time and date of the meta File ? Or do you think thats not the Problem ?

Update: I recoverd the file what was saved at 02.01 and brought it back to the version of the newest  meta file what was written.  It did not helped, the file still not shown up at Power Automate Desktop. Slowly i got the feeling to waste a lot of time with PDA.

Thank you  a lot for helping us.

What i forgot to say , in the past i used microsoft 365 but its years ago so i think this doesnt matter anymore or ? And i use 2 Laptops , i will create now on both computer a new flow and save it and check if they get saved into one drive. <- yes both computer save the data in the same folder in one drive and i can see from both computer  the files in PDA.

Your look like not the same , if you did not find your files you may check if you are login in at the website of one drive in folder own files ->applications and at power automate with the same email adress. If you did not find your files but email adress login is correct  then   if you use microsoft 365 then your data is not saved in one drive , if i understand Mr Stork correct.
