EXCEL to word table

Hello everyone, I want to use Power Automate locally to automatically fill in the content of my Excel into a Word table. How should I go about doing this?

Here you go!! It's interesting topic for me as well.

My sample doc which i uploaded in my onedrive.

1. Launching Excel and reading data:

   • The code starts by launching Excel and opening an existing Excel file located at. For example: C:\\Boot\\Wordtemplate.xlsx.
   • It reads all the data from the Excel file into a variable named ExcelData.

2. Converting data to JSON format:

   • A new variable named JsonVar is created as an empty object.
   • The data read from Excel (ExcelData) is stored as a property named 'Table' in the JsonVar object.

3. Converting JSON data back to an object:

   • The JSON data stored in CustomObjectAsJson is converted back to a custom object using the Variables.ConvertJsonToCustomObject action.
   • The resulting custom object is stored in a variable named JsonAsCustomObject.

4. Accessing specific data from the object:

   • The data from the 'Table' property of the JsonAsCustomObject is extracted and stored in a variable named JSONDATA.

5. Populate a Microsoft word template:

Invoke the word document which we want to fill and pass json data in contactsrow parameter.

1. I couldn't find the "Populate a Word Document Template" tool in my PA QQ. Is this tool available for free?

2. I can't locate your OneDrive. Could you guide me on how to find it?

Previously, I didn't subscribe to a paid plan, so I couldn't use features marked with a diamond symbol. But now I can use these features! How should I set up my Word to run them.
