Email Notification Problem

I created a flow with multiple conditions that ran successfully. The conditions are based on what someone has submitted as a response in forms, but it has not sent an email notification. Any ideas? I can take screenshots. Thanks!

Well, first of all, this forum here is intended for Power Automate Desktop. Your question is related to cloud flows and not desktop flows, so it should actually be posted here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/bd-p/BuildingFlows

As to your flow, I'm not quite sure why you have so many loops there, but regardless of that, the answer to why your email notifications do not work seems to be quite simple - the conditions for the notification are not met. Do you have a specific case where you expected to receive an email based on the values in the form, but you did not? Can you check the flow run details of that run and see the inputs on the condition actions?

Okay, this doesn't seem to be wrong in any way. But then I'm still a bit confused by the number of different loops and Get response details actions. You should technically only have the action once and you should not have so many nested loops. I'm thinking that maybe something is off with that and that's why it doesn't really work.

Can you tell me why exactly you have done the Get response details so many times? You should only be handling a single response per flow run.

Please do share some screenshots of your flow. It's really hard to say anything with this little context.

Hi, I attached some photos. I created a flow that is linked to a Microsoft form, so whenever someone submits a response, it gets uploaded to excel (which works). And I am trying to get to send me email notifications based on what the responses are. I have close to 200 parameters in total and 5 conditions. And each condition has an email notification action. I used this exact format on smaller conditions, and it worked but this will not.  I am still new to power automate, so any advice will help, thank you! It is a big flow, so it is hard to take photos, but the two photos are showing how it is joined with the bigger conditions. Screenshot 2023-07-29 110250.pngScreenshot 2023-07-29 110514.pngScreenshot 2023-07-29 110702.pngScreenshot 2023-07-29 113004.pngScreenshot 2023-07-29 113005.png

I apologize I am very new to this. Yes I have a Microsoft checklist, the answer to each question is either "pass" or "fail." And when one question is answered with "fail," it is supposed to send an email. After my run all condition inputs are "false," when they should say true because I answered with "fail." Screenshot 2023-07-29 212222.png

Can you check the raw inputs, too?

How about the raw outputs of the Get response details actions?

I attached the inputs and outputs. The first two are outputs and the second is input. I appreciate your help!Screenshot 2023-07-29 224954.pngScreenshot 2023-07-29 224909.pngScreenshot 2023-07-29 225115.png

I ended up creating a new flow but with only one "get response details" for the conditions. I used that many because I just figured each condition needed one but thank you for telling me it does not. Now my flow is working and sending out the notification. Thank you for your help!
