The very same desktop flow failed after upgraded to Ver 2.3.2121.23000.

Error Message: Failed to extract new PDF file from 'C:\Users\xxx\Downloads\xxx.pdf'

Hello Eric, 

This is a known issue in version 2.3.2121.23000, however the bug is fixed in our latest version of PAD: 2.4.78.21036

Request to upgrade to latest version to overcome the issue.

Hello, 

I have the PAD v2.9.29 version installed and I receive the same error, "Failed to extract PDF page". Are we sure that this issue was fixed? 

The behavior of this action is unstable to my process -  I have a pdf with 30 pages and whenever I run this action I receive error in different page.

same problem here, when extracting pages in a loop from multiple PDFs with version 2.9.29, the action will fail randomly.

I'm running PowerAutomate Desktop version 2.15.284.21354 and I still get an error:

Dutch: Kan DLL pdfium niet laden: Kan opgegeven procedure niet vinden. (Uitzondering van HRESULT: 0x8007007F)

English translation: Can't load DLL pdfium: Can't find procedure. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F)

Hope that you are well.

I have been getting same error with PAD 2.21 where extracting pages from pdf in a loop will fail randomly.

I can't have this process to be unstable. Do you have some fix for it?

Hi Dhanesha1,

Quick fix:  in the PDF extraction action, set this: 'on error' - 'repeat action'.

This will force the action keeps trying until success, and solves the error.

Awesome fix. 

Just before you replied i thought of something similar but with a set var on error. The executing an IF condition if the var is met.

The repeat action is better.
