That looks windows based.  I would be surprised if you can’t get UIs. If you are still having trouble, almost all windows based software has hotkey ability. In the program press and hold the Alt key; do any underlines pop up on the menu?  These underlines now represent what letter to press to navigate menus and windows. 

By using these hot keys, you can use “send keys” to navigate through the menu and process what you need to very effectively.
