Retrieve email messages in PAD - logic of "From contains" field

Dear community, please help.

Thinking about migrating my existing workflow from TaskT to PAD. Making my first test workflow faced strange logic with one of the filters in Retrieve email messages from Outlook action.

According to the documentation: From contains - The full email address of the sender whose messages to retrieve. Leave this attribute blank to retrieve all messages regardless of the sender

When I put email there, like firstname.lastname@company.com the action doesn't return any results. Email is used correctly, copied directly from outlook mail. Without email, it is working correctly. And in the output variable I can see in the From field values like:

/O=EXCHANGELABS/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP...

So, what is the correct format of email that should be used in that field for filtering?

Hi,

Which version of PAD are you using now? Please check it or upgrade to the latest version.

And also check the email address if there are any typo, misspelling or white space...

It works well for me.

The version is 2.5.39.21056.

No typos or misspelings.

The filter is working if email is external to my organization, for example with gmail.com or other domain. But when i use emails of my colleagues (exchange contacts), it is not working. For some reason for them the From field in messages is parsed like

And when I use all that long string "/O=EXCHANGELABS/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP....." as a filter in the From contains field, then it is working.

But it is definitely not the way it should be.

I've exactly the same issue with PAD but using the most current version I found: 2.6.00158.21069.
Any solution for that issue, except the one already listed by ASH4EVER with the long string? Or any date when this will be fixed?

Luckily, both Outlook and PAD - are the products of Microsoft ) And we can hope the company can resolve the issue.
