Share BOT with multiple user within my Organization

Hi There,

Is there any way we can let multiple user within my organization to use my BOT. The BOT is attended BOT and it has to be executed by multiple user.

You want to run your bot with multiple user system , you can run it but you can not run your bot same time 

(one license)

if you want to run multiple user then you need to run bot at different time not same time

Hi Chetan,

The concern is sharing the BOT with user, do I have to share the BOT to each and every user manually or is there a way we can share it in bulk to multiple users.
We have license for every user , and every user can run through their own license.

Thanks for your quick reply,

My flow is a PAD flow, It is supposed to be executed Attended by users, I am not aware of the way to publish flow for attended BOT..
I am only getting option to share it via adding individual mail id's in share BOT .

Yes, you will get the option share as below

Select the share option and then you need to add users individually and there you select the user and also assign role between User / Co-owner.  Currently I believe there is no option to allow for multiple users

You can share it with a team, instead of a single person. To do that, you would first need to create a team and add the people there. Then, you can share your flows with the entire team. If someone in that team should at some point stop having access (moves to a different dept, or leaves the company), you simply remove them from the team. If new people join, you add them. This way you only need to modify the team itself, and do not need to modify each flow that has been shared.

Is it possible to share the deskstop flow with a bunch of people but they can only Run the flow and not access, edit or even see the insides of the flow??

I read that you can share your desktop flows as Run-only, however I've also read that they can simply make a copy of your shared flow inside of their Power Automate portal and now they have your entire flow as their own!!

Is that true??
