can't run two desktop flows concurrently

I have a parent flow that runs a desktop flow in an azure virtual machine. The issue is that I need this desktop flow to run as soon as the parent flow starts it, not to get waiting in a queue.

I followed this documentation Run a Power Automate desktop flow - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs and created another user on my virtual machine. I created two connections using on-premises gateway, one for each user, and used one of them to run the desktop flow.

According to the documentation "Power Automate automatically scales the number of concurrent desktop flows runs to the maximum supported by the device". But as you can see in the next image, when I try to run two flows concurrently, only one runs at a given time and the other waits in the queue for its turn.

Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong? I'd greatly appreciate your help. Thank you

You would need two (virtual) machines for this, not necessarily two users.

The problem is that if I need a virtual machine for each concurrent flow I need to run, this power automate solution would not be scalable. I can't have hundreds of virtual machines if I want to have hundreds of users using my rpa at the same time. 

But then, what about this documentation Run a Power Automate desktop flow - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs where it says that I can run concurrently several flows on Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 using multiple users with desktop flows connections targeting the gateway on the device?

There is very little information on this.  I am trying to do the same thing, and this is the only relevant post that I have been able to find on the issue.  Did you ever find a solution that works?

I have Server 2019 set up with multiple users, and I found that I can get 2 separate users on the server to run a desktop flow simultaneously, BUT only triggered from a SEPARATE cloud flow.  You are trying to scale 1 single cloud flow (which triggers a desktop flow) to multiple users simultaneously on a VM or server, thus eliminating a waiting queue when the flow is triggered simultaneously,  right?

@dudersup , We are just trying to get 2 users (different users) to run simultaneously on same VM. We want 1 VM to run 2 desktop flow at same time without queue. We have not been able to do it... What are you saying is that this can be done if the 2nd user calls the desktop flow from a different Cloud flow?

You need to have Power Automate Process licenses for each unattended flow run you want to have running in parallel. So, if you want two users running it at once, you need two licenses.

   We actually do have two licenses. Both have the $150 license to execute WorkFlow. Have you been able to do this?

Okay, in that case you need to create two separate connections for the two users, because the user is defined in the connection. And since the connection used in a flow is not a dynamic value, you will either need to have two separate flows, or two Run desktop flow actions in the same flow that are somehow separated by some kind of a condition or something like that. Using separate flows would be a better idea.
