Hi all,

1. I am trying to make a formula to my shelter status drop down button to make it show just the selected option, like adopted show mw just the adopted status on my animal information gallery?

2. How to let my form when i hit (Foster me) button direct me to the animal info form?

Please I need the formulas for both.

Please confirm you have tried the below and share any errors you receive or at least describe what is not working as expected. Saying "it's the same" doesn't get you any closer to finding the issue. 

1.  In general to filter data in a gallery control by a Choice type column using a drop down control, you need to:

• Set the Items property of the drop down control to (replace TableName and ColumnName with the actual names):

Choices('Animal Information'.'Shelter Status')

• Set the Items property of the gallery to:

Filter(
    'Animal Information',
    'Shelter Status' = DropDown.Selected.Value
)

2. If you want the form to show the selected item from the gallery, you need to:

• Instead of using the NewForm function in the OnSelect property of the 'Foster Me Button', use the EditForm function:

EditForm('Claim Form');
Navigate('Foster Me');

• Also you need to set Item property of the form to reference the selected item in the gallery, in your case:

'Animal information'.Selected

Hi,

I checked one of my table which is shelter final table for location table. Wen I import the data still the columns shows empty. Despite, the other tables showing me all the data I imported.

Now  I am automation flow trying to set the email, but its need me to connect with my email I tried all emails I have but still came with this error.
