Hi @amede,

Not sure if this particular approach will help you but @BCBuizer has posted a reply to another community member here: HOW TO GET HTML TEXT FOR IMAGE.

I personally used HTML and Dynamic content within my email body to get the animal image within the email.

<img src="@{body('Get_a_row_by_ID')?['cr0f4_photourl']}" alt="@{body('Get_a_row_by_ID')?['cr0f4_photoname']}" style="width: auto; height: 150px;">

Hi @amede , @Corry ,

There are multiple ways of achieving this as you can find in this blog post: 3 Ways Power Automate Can Embed An Image In Email (matthewdevaney.com)

The method used by @Corry (#2 from the blog post) has a downside that it is not supported in all email clients, whereas the method I posted about in the other topic (in line with #1 from the blog post), is supported by all mail clients.

The above may not be all that relevant to the Power Up challenge, but I just wanted to make you aware in case you ever plan on building something similar which then may not work as you intended.

Hi All,

During the power automate process I faced with an error also not an error some mistake while getting the information from Animal table with dynamic content.

When I try to get Animal Type i just getting the 1 or 2 ( which are the code of selection for that label on Table) But  i need to get Male/Female. Another problem is i can not see the Animal_Sex (Value) option in the list of Dynamic Contents.

Do you have any solution for this?

Regards

Hi @Grkm_A,

What is the trigger / Action you are getting the dynamic content from? Screenshots would be helpful.

Also, sometimes you have 2 options in the dynamic content for some column types. Double check if this is the case and if so, select the dynamic content that doesn’t have (Value) at the end.

Not sure why you’re not seeing Animal_Sex. You may need to check the column is setup correctly.

Hi Corry,

Trigger is if there is any modified row in Animal_Details table.

As you can see on SS there is no NewAnimalType (Value) option. And also i tried for other columns AnimalSex etc. There is no value option too.

And you can see get row by ID preferences too. There is only one tha Unique Identifier for Animal_Details Table

Hi @Grkm_A,

NewAnimalType (Value) would actually return the number assigned to your choice so you actually want the NewAnimalType dynamic content as this will return the Label.

Why you can't see more columns in the Dynamic content has stumped me.

Hi @Corry ,

As i checked the table there is a 2 columns for each "choice" columns. And for the Mail Body i select correct column name but as i said the output of the mail is not like what i want.

As you can see the details below i am just adding the NewSex dynamic content but this not works.

Why can't you see more columns, maybe it's because I filtered it with the NewAnimal keyword.

Hi @Grkm_A,

I think I understand what your issue is. The choice values, i.e., numbers and not names are displaying within your email?

If this is the case, I assisted other community members on this issue in this post: Power Automate choice fields displaying numbers.

Let me know if that solution resolves your problem.
