Ready for Foster

Hi all,

I am struggling again, I am trying to filter the Gallary in the 'Items' field. based on the selected shelter in the dropdown list and animals that are ready for fostering. I have made the first part of this work, it filters by shelter name, but I can not get it to show only animals marked as 'Ready for Adoption', no matter what I have tried.

Filter(
Search(
'Adoption Animals',
ddlShelter.Selected.'Shelter Name',
'Shelter Name'
),
'Shelter Status (Adoption Animals)'.Value = "188,880,001"

This is what the choices look like in my Shelter Status Column: 

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Hi @MichaelVaughan 

My two cents:

1. Instead of using Search to filter the entries per shelter name, you can simply add a condition to the filter.

2. If you want to filter by a choice option, you don't need to select .Value when using Dataverse.

This will make your formula look something like this: 

Filter(
	'Adoption Animals',
	'Shelter Name' = ddlShelter.Selected.'Shelter Name',
	'Shelter Status (Adoption Animals)' = 'Shelter Status'.'Ready for Adoption'
)

Hi!  I was working on the gallery to show animals ready for foster: I used this formula in item:

Filter(

    'Animal informations',

    'Shelter Name (Shelter informations)'= DDMenu.Selected.'Shelter Name',

    'Shelter Status (Animal informations)' = 'Shelter Status (Animal informations)'.'Ready for Foster')

However it's not working... anyone knows why? Thanks in advance!.
