Tried to import countless time the data to the tables

I have made changes to the data types 10 times, and in those 10 times I've built the tables again, again and again
I have been doing this for 24 hours straight... and havent got to the Canvas app part of the final challenge.

Even for a developer of Power Apps and Power Automate this final work is being way too hard.

I thank you for all that I've learned but I think the final challenge should be done side by side with the end of each module.

The reason you are receiving errors in that table import is because you are not properly creating the columns with their appropriate data type in your solution. Look at the excel tables they provided us and carefully create columns with the appropriate type

I agree with you completely... the entire format of the training could be revamped.  It's basic learning to practice as you are learning.  I would have been better off with a book with exercises than trying to learn from those videos.  This is beyond frustrating.

i have the same problem and have created the tables many times and have still not got it in place yet.

Has anyone actually had any success with uploading this data? I've been stuck on this for more than a week, and have started and restarted so many times that I'm about to call it quits.

Not looking for opinions, just solutions at this point.

There are two ways that I found to upload the data.

1st - Create a model driven app. Then click on add pages. Click on create table and import from CSV file. Make sure the tables have been saved previously as CSV files. This method works well for the Shelter table file.

2nd- In your solution, click on create table. After clicking on the create table, create the table columns depending on the columns on the particular table. After the table and columns have been created, then select import form the top of the page to import the data into the empty table created.

I hope this help.

i did as you said and it finally worked, but for the foster family anyone having problems with Joindate u may need to change format for the dates.

So I am supposed to create the 21 different animal table column headers by hand and THEN go back and upload the data table?

You need to create a table and each column from the excel file with the right data types and create the right relationship for those who needs a lookup data type before importing the csv (converting the excel to csv) and mapping it correctly
