"Start a topic" is greyed out for me

Hello Kingman,

Could you please clear the browser cache and cookies or try using a different browser and try again. once you sign in, choose to continue with powerup and under My learning, you will see Dev environment tab. click on it and scroll little bit, you will get start experiencing option. click on it and there you can change the environment which has your name on it.  if it is still not working, can we get a screenshot of the page?

As I can't "start a topic", I'll post here in the hope someone can help.

I'm in my first week of Cohort 14 on the first module (Building Model-Driven Apps), Task 16 - How to populate Dataverse tables with data, and I'm being asked to import from a csv.  As instructed, I go to "Import from Excel", "Import from CSV", and nothing happens.  I'm using my work laptop so, in case there's a corporate restriction even though I'm using InPrivate browsing, I've also tried my personal laptop with the same result.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or does anyone have a solution?  Presumably, I won't be able to complete this task without the ability to import.  Thanks.

I am receiving this same issue.  Have you been given a fix?

Morning, Eshdan

Cache and cookies cleared, hard reboots performed, different browsers and devices tried - "start a topic" still greyed out.  Here's a screenshot:
