Added Column to SQL table but not showing in flow.

Hi All,

Apologies as this is probably something very easy but I can't for the life of me find it.

I've created a flow which connects to an azure sql database successfully, It creates records and updates them. I've added another column to the SQL table but the column is not showing in flow. It's just a varchar(50) column. Is there a button to update the schema of the table so it shows as a parameter in the sql update action on flow please? Don't fancy recreating the whole sql part of flow everything I add a new column lol.

Just for those that missed Iso's innocuous solution earlier in the thread for which I am eternally grateful as it has saved my sanity. To get around having to wait for a refresh or redo the connection follow these steps... Mine was to change the table name I wanted to insert into and unfortunately I'd faffed around with the schema so it had the wrong one schema cached....

1. Use "Copy to My Clipboard" the SQL action that is giving you hassle (it's in the three dots on the right) .

2. Delete the SQL Action and then add a new action to replace it and use your clipboard version (on the far right of the action selection pane).

3. As mine was an insert rows I then deleted the table and selected the new one and everything worked.

The same happened for me. In my case this workaround worked well: 

The newly added column is there, it is just not showing in the list of Dynamic Content for some reason. So the workaround is to use Expression in this format:

items('TheNameOfTheStepWhichConsistsTheColumns')?['TheNameOfYourNewColumn']

After that you should see that his is accepted:

Testing such flow succeeded - I got the data from the column even though I did not see the column in Dynamic Content List (so the column is there, it is just not visible).

Moreover, 1 day later I came back to the flow and I saw that his custom expression was automatically converted to Dynamic Content (even though I still could not see this specific column in the Dynamic Content List - crazy!):

Another classic Power Automate moment. I am running into this issue as well. Cannot believe this garbage 'product' still costs money to use lol. I feel bad for anyone that's spent money on this.

Still not fixed. Having to wait for sync is a nightmare. Really throws up productivity. I hope this gets fixed in the future.
