Condition with Large Data Not Working - Connecting File Name with Title Column from List

Hi All,

I have a flow I'm working on that is pulling data from a SharePoint folder with a Get Items action as well as a SharePoint List. Both of these items have over 10,000 lines of data each. 

I'm able to access the contents of both the list and folder from their Get Items actions, but when I attempt to connect the two in my Condition, it runs for HOURS and I was seeing the "Next Failed" button turn on during the runs. I understand with the total number of data that it will run long, but seeing the failed indicator led me to believe that the condition is not working properly as it is not registering the commonality between the file name and List title name.

For an example, I am looking to find the file name (Vendor PO00012345 INV987.pdf) that contains the name from a SharePoint List (PO00012345). If yes, this will update the properties of the file and if no, nothing will happen to the file. Flow is as followed:

I've made a test for your reference:

1\My library

2\My list

3\My flow

Cause I updated the files description by the 'Update file properties' action ,so you could find the three files' description is filled with "dfgsdfgsdfgsdg".

Could you possibly explain a little more in detail, especially about using the length formula in the Condition? I did a few tests and the flow completed successfully, but the condition results came back false, so nothing got updated.

@v-bofeng-msft , I guess I'm still not fully following.

I made the edits to the flow and tested it. The Get Items action came back with nothing using the query you suggested.

I do know between the folder and the list that there are items that should match. I exported both the folder and list and found one of the first ones that should have been picked up in the flow:

My confusion with the Length formula, we're looking for a change in the total, but I'm not sure if that's exactly how this should work. I want the data from the SharePoint list to match within the naming convention of the file to then update the file properties if there is a match.
