Formstack connector keeps needing reauthentication - how to resubmit it trigger fails

Hello,

I have a few flows that use the "triggers when a form is submitted" Formstack trigger to create contact or account records in Dynamics. 

I haven't finished building yet, but I notice the connection is always breaking & I need to sign back in. Advice on how to trouble shoot this would be great, but I suspect it has to do with things out of my control. 

My main question is: if this trigger does fail & forms have been submitted without kicking off the flow, is there a way I can manually resubmit? I know if it records a failed run you can press resubmit, but I'm guessing if the connection is already broken Power automate wouldn't know that the form was submitted in the first place? 

My current best idea is to build in a sort of fail safe work around, where Formstack first populates an Excel spreadsheet, then the flow pulls from that data to create the records on a schedule. If the Formstack trigger fails I can at least go in and manually copy the rows of data into Excel. Any more elegant solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for posting.

A connector is a proxy or a wrapper around an API that allows the service to talk to Power Automate. If the connection is invalid, Flow is not working properly.

Unfortunately,if the flow not be triggered, there is no other way to resubmit manually.

Thank you , I have the same question.

My flow needs reauthentication every day. Formstack community says, If you do not have any changes to the flow, then you do not need to reauthentication.

But after a week of not reauthentication, my flow is failing.

Is there any way to give the authenticate/ permission, only once?

I am also running into this same issue and would love to know if you come across a solution. The connector is currently listed as "preview" and I'm hoping they fix this issue before it is fully released! It seems to have gotten better FWIW. It was needing to be re-authenticated every few hours at first and now it's every day or every other day.

Another issue I'm having is when a field/value on a form is empty (because it was optional on the form) and that gets passed along to PowerAutomate it breaks the trigger.
