How is your flow created? Could you share a screenshot?
When working with Azure DeveOps, I haven’t seen a trigger “When a work item gets received”, could you share more details on it?
I have made a simple flow with the trigger When a work item is created. The user who triggers the flow is a guest user I have added to my organization. However, when the guest user creates a work item, the flow will be triggered without issue.

It was the "when work item is created" task. We noticed that when the devops is not linked to an AAD, it works, but when it is linked to an AAD, it does not work. Was yours linked to an AAD?
To be clear, we use the guest user for the connection. We do not create workitems with the guest user, the customer creates workitems in their devops. The guest user is a real user in our system, that is added as a guest user in the customers devops, and we want to connect with that user through Microsoft flow( so the flow runs in our organization) to the customers devops.
The first picture shows 4 entries, 3 where i am a member of the organization and the 4th one is where the Azure devops is not coupled to an Azure AD. The second one is where i enter a customer devops which is linked to Azure AD and it shows no permissions, while i've given the user all the permissions possible on the devops, and even on the AAD.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
