Issue from Forms 'Get response details' Flow item

** this issue just started happening Friday morning after the MS forms outage.

 

I have a form and Flow that has been working great for the last year, and it just stopped working on Friday, Dec 7th -I now receive "not found" error on "Get response details". If I edit the flow and look at the 'Get Response Details" step, and attempt to browse for forms, it only shows me new forms that I've created since Friday -all other forms don't appear in the drop-down - so it's like suddenly flow can't see the old forms.  I've tried from a blank form as well as from template to no avail.

 

I'd like to submit a case to support, but looks like I have to upgrade to 'premium' to do that?  I'd like to avoid the need to upgrade - we're on a non-profit license right now.

What’s your current situation? Are you still having the issue?

How long had the old forms and the flows that using the old forms been created?

Could you get all the forms when creating a new flow?

The issue could not be reproduced by me. If you are still having the issue, please free post back with more details, I will help report it.

Yes, issue still exists. I did duplicate the form (with a template link) and flow sees the new form. Flow still does not see my older forms (some are more than a year old).

The issue could not be reproduced by me. Please help collect the following info:

  1. what’s your location?
  2. Please provide a screenshot and URL of the flow
  3. Please provide a screenshot of the error message
  4. Please share some more info on the forms

I don't see where I can 'upload' or paste images to this dialog.

I'd be happy to get on a Skype session to demo and troubleshoot.

 

As mentioned, I copied the form, and can see the new form. But when I go into flow, none of my older forms are visible anymore (this stopped working last Friday).

I have some updates for you.

From the screenshot you provided, it seems that the form has been moved into “Group forms”. Group forms are very different scenario, currently we don’t support group forms in flow.

Thanks for the info - I'm not aware of any documentation that tells me that's an issue, so didn't know that was going to break my process.

 

and now, I don't see how to move a form back from a group to my personal space - if you have any ideas on how to perform that, please let me know.

I am afraid that it might be not possible to move a from Group forms back to My forms.

I have seen similar request on Forms at here for your reference:

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Users must provide a solution which can be an “Accepted Solution” in the Forums in all of the communities and there are no limits to the number of “Accepted Solutions” that a member can provide for entries in this challenge, but each entry must be substantially unique and different.    Winner Selection and Prizes: At the end of each week, we will list the top ten (10) Community users which will consist of: 5 Community Members & 5 Super Users and they will advance to the final drawing. We will post each week in the News & Announcements the top 10 Solution providers.  At the end of the challenge, we will add all of the top 10 weekly names and enter them into a random drawing.  Then we will randomly select ten (10) winners (5 Community Members & 5 Super Users) from among all eligible entrants received across all weekly Entry Periods to receive the prize listed below.
