Missing X-Request-JiraInstance with official Jira connector

The "When a new issue is returned by a JQL query (V2)" trigger provided by the official Jira connector always results in an 400 error. The error message is as follows:

X-Request-JiraInstance is not provided

This is despite the fact that I've provided my instance:

cegekaJG_0-1685522008490.png

A glance at the flow checker reveals that the URL does, in fact, get replaced by a 32-digit code, and is included in the request:

cegekaJG_1-1685522329932.png

The only thing out of place, as far as I could tell, was that the header in the request is called "X-Request-Jirainstance", and not "X-Request-JiraInstance". Is this the problem? If so, where could I report this, and what would be the workaround?

Same here this has not been fixed. I have it running every hour just to get an alarm when its ready.

I got a reply from Microsoft on my open ticket. They said due to "unforeseen complexities" the new resolution date on on or before July 28th.

Try Version 3 JIRA connector

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, the issue remains as there's no V3 for the triggers (link), just the V2 triggers that continue to fail when run. Still waiting on a fix to this issue. Hopefully July 28th as mentioned by @Trent_O's last interaction with Microsoft. Really hoping this gets fixed soon. There are critical business processes I'm trying to implement using these connectors.

It's ridiculous. V1/V2 are disabled and new version is not ready to work? Wow...

Just got word on my ticket..... they said the fix should be implemented tomorrow!

"I am glad to inform you that the deployment of the fix to all regions has already commenced. Starting from tomorrow, you can begin testing to confirm if the issue has been resolved for your account."

Hope it works for everyone tomorrow

Sadly it continues to be an issue for us.

Same. I sent them an email about 5 minutes ago telling them im still having an issue. Of course they didn't reply to me on Friday when i asked what time the update would happen. Will keep everyone posted.

Really appreciate your continued engagement on this, @Trent_O . Good luck!

Hey guys, any updates on this issue ? still not working for me as well

I emailed them two days ago and they told me they were rolling out the fix in phases starting last week but everybody should have it by July 28. I'm doubtful though.

Tried it this morning, V3 still isn't working to pull data from my Jira instance. Maybe next week.

I'm also trying to use version 2 and I am getting the same error. "X-Request-JiraInstance is not provided" I'll keep an eye out as well.

what  wonder, do we know who is responsible for fixing  this ?  is it MS or Atalasian ? Maybe we should spam the Atlassian community

It's time for MS to decide whether it targets serious clients.

It is unacceptable to discontinue V1 if V2 has a bug that can be detected in the most simple test.

It's amateur and looks like contempt for the client.

Still not working for me.
