Trigger Sharepoint after a questionnaire

Hi all,

I created an automated cloud flow which is triggered when answering a questionnaire.

The stream looks like this

The flow runs normally until the folder is created.

My problem is on next step. I want the stream to continue with an other trigger, when I manually add a file in this created folder.

I have tried several trigger, including condition steps, changing step parameters but nothing works.

Depending on the trigger I try :

-Either the step fails directly giving me the error message that no attachment has been loaded.

-Either the step remains loading and never executes, even when I add a file to the folder, and modify it.

I specifie that I need this step to run in this flow (the same as the questionnaire), so I can't create an instant cloud flow, although I know this solution will work.

I have not found any solutions to my problem on the forums, hoping that you can help me, do not hesitate to ask me questions if I have been unclear in my comments.

Hi @Amatos ,

I cannot read French but from what I can see, it appears you have two triggers in the same flow?  

If so, you can only have one trigger.  After your folder is created, you can simply add another action underneath and it will continue.  What are you trying to do afterwards?

Hi @eric-cheng,

Afterwards, I have to add a Word file manually in the feed. That's why I had the idea to use an automatically created Sharepoint folder.
Afterwards, this Word file will be submitted for approval.
Once the approval request is validated, an email should be automatically sent with this Word file, as well as all the attachments that were provided in the questionnaire response.
That's why I would have liked this to be done in the same flow, because the Word file I am attaching must be linked to the attachments provided in the questionnaire response.

Hi @Amatos ,

You should be able to do all of that in the same flow.

No need to use create folder.  As long as you specify a folder in the Create File action, it will automatically create a folder for you.  The example below will create a folder in Shared Documents with the value of the employee number.  It will then trigger an approval.

The problem is that I have to write information in this Word file before sending it for approval.

That's why I wanted a trigger, because I can't create the file that goes directly to approval, I need to complete it first.

Hi @Amatos ,

If that is the case, you can either:

* Loop and poll to see if the file has been modified based on some sort of flag (not recommended)

* Create a 2nd flow to handle the approval part of the logic
