Unable to use Microsoft Bookings connector

Hi, when in my business tenant, when I try and use the Bookings connector I am adding the email address correctly from the URL on the booking link. All I have selected is "When a appointment is Created" and I have entered the correct SMTP address. Then I simply chose Compose for the next step just to be able to test this.

Issue is that no matter which account I use, I get the flow checker error stating

Details: It hasn't been triggered successfully in the last 28 days. This is the first day I have created it. I did read that when this connector was originally released it was a premium connector, but it is now a standard connector. All accounts I have tested with are and administrator for the Bookings calendar.

When I do this on my developer SharePoint tenant, it works as expected.

It's still failing in my organizations environment. Tested this morning with new Bookings Calendars, Connectors, Power Automate Flows, and different accounts.

I have the same error message when I map my connector.

I am administrator of the booking.

However reflects below message after saving.

{"ErrorMessage":"Staff not part of the booking mailbox. Count of available staff: 6"}

Something must have changed over weekend, but still not working… new error message something about JSON.  Sooo annoying…

any updates on this ?  has been dragging on for months and had limited my use of MS without complex workarounds

Here is the last email I got from Microsoft Support regarding my ticket for this:

I am <redacted> manager here at Microsoft. Firstly, I would like to thank You for choosing Microsoft’s Customer Support and Services as a technical resource.

I would also want to use this means to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences suffered during your experience with our product

The purpose of this mail is to assure you that your ticket ID <redacted> have been escalated to the Product group who are currently working towards a fix and once news is available, it will be communicated through your message center asap.

However, we currently do not have an ETA of when this fix will be fully rolled out, may I have your consent to archive this ticket while we continue to track and await the news on the update from the product group.

Once again, we acknowledge your dissatisfaction, and we apologize for the inconveniences caused.

Thank you again for choosing Microsoft

if you have any question or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.

consent to archive… sounds mildly concerning.  Wonder what difference if you refused consent 😉

The fix they published for the issue I had took about 60 days.

something seems to be stirring!  I tried it today and no user admin error and connector work. At last I can play around with it. Hooray

I'm just trying this connector for the first time today and have been getting the same, "28 days" error message.  Has this started working for anyone?

Ukiman1014_0-1673366202786.png

I've just been supplying it with the URL of my main bookings page.  Is that correct?

I just did a test of the Bookings Connector and it actually worked this time!

use the link in the integrations tab as its similar but not identical  eg doesnt have all the https outlook.office  stuff  but not sure if would still work

Has there been any update on this do we know? I have the same problem, no matter how many flows I create in different variations.

I have the same problem. any updates on this?

Yo estoy igual, con el mismo problema. El error siempre es problema con el desencadenador ¿alguna actualización sobre esto?

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but a couple of my end users and I have been experiencing similar issues, but I managed to get mine working. All I needed to do was delete any Bookings Connections from the 'Data' area in Power Automate that had been previously created and then rebuild my Bookings Flows from scratch.

Microsoft Bookings does not work in Power Automate, period. It may in the future, but I had to use a third party booking tool that actually does work with Power Automate. Yes, a non-Microsoft booking tool that works in Power Automate, bizarre as it sounds. I think Microsoft Bookings will be good in the future, but at this point it is not useful for a business at this point, nor is it reliable.  I had to hire a developer to try to get the Microsoft Bookings to work in Power Automate, and no matter what he did, nothing worked. It does not work, though I really wish it did.

Hi,

If anyone facing the same issue, please refer the below the resolution shared by me in one of the posts:

Solved: MS Bookings - Appointment Created Trigger - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

If this helps, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

Thanks
