When a file is created (properties only) not being triggered when create by a move flow action

Have one flow that moves a document (including its properties from one document library to another)

I have another flow on the receiving document library that it triggered When a file is Created (Properties Only).   This flow was getting successfully triggered recently but now it no longer works at all unless the document is directly uploaded to the document library.   When its moved by another flow into this document library the flow no longer gets triggered.

This seems to be a Microsoft bug as it used to work and recently it just stopped being triggered.

did you check if any trigger conditions are set for the action when a file is created (properties only)?

There are no trigger conditions set for the When a fire is created (Properties only)  -- and this flow worked recently within the past 3 months and there have been no changes to the flow

Today the Flow now gets triggered -- so must have been some temporary Microsoft issue

And now 4 hours later the trigger is again failing for exactly the same process used 4 hours ago

Did you check the flow usage analytics? under monitor section. Also is there any other flows running under the account? Note that under the standard subscription like E3 or E5 the API runs are limited to 10,000 per day unless a premium subscription is assigned to the account. Please have a look into flow run limits per day

It has nothing to do with Limits and Configuration because the Flow triggers correctly when the file is manually uploaded to the document library (just NOT Triggered when its created by another Flow action to Move the document).

Have you looked into this? Couple of reasons could be are the 2 folders in same document library?

When a file is created (properties only) is not being triggered when a file is created by a move flow action. However it is triggered when I manually uploaded a file into the same folder.
