Hi, I don't really understand power automate that well but I am trying to build a flow to send an email reminder out 28 days before a document expires and then 7 days. The data is on an excel document. My flow works but I get an error when it comes to the sending an email out. Can anybody help? If I can get this to work then it would help me cut my work down quite considerably. My other similar flow (used lists instead of excel) worked fine but now has the same error. In the UK our clocks went forward at the weekend and I noticed the parameters properties start time and end time is showing 1 hour behind our current time. Could this have anything to do with it?

Sorry, it was my error. I was doing a trial with the wrong dates on my excel document. It now works and thanks for the tip on 'compose', it's very useful.
@fyogaff Can you explain the need for the two branches? Are you able to switch to the Classic Designer mode and toggle open each action and take a screenshot of that?
If you are running the List Rows Present in a Table action on the same Excel table, you only need to run that action once.

I have just updated my question as power automate is still showing 1 hour behind the UK time - not sure if that has any relevance. I don't actually need the branch and can delete this. Will have a look at your YT.

@fyogaff Can you show the advanced options of the List Rows Present in a Table action? Do you have a filter query in this action?
I deleted the branch and switch to classic and it is now saying it was successful however I haven't received the email.
@fyogaff I'm assuming that's because your List Rows Present in a table action isn't returning any items.
Whenever I use a Filter Query in a List Rows Present in a Table action, I always like to return the count of items returned in a Compose action. This is helpful when building a flow and can also be used to troubleshoot your flow.
Insert a Compose action. Add an Expression. Use the length() function.
Select the Dynamic content tab and insert the body dynamic content from the Filter Array action into the length() function.
Run a test and review the output of the Compose action. If the output is 0, this means that no items were returned from the List Rows Present in a Table action.
Also, whenever working with dates/times in Excel, you should always set the DateTime format to ISO8601.
added compose and it returned 0 outputs but I changed the date and it should pull through 1 row. I also changed the DateTime format to ISO8601.
