That sounds frustrating. Especially if you are not the Owner of the flow that is sending the emails.
If you have access to the Power Platform Admin Site, you should be able to locate your flow. The url for the Admin Site is: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
- Access the Power Platform admin site.
- On the left sub-menu, click ‘Environments’.
- Select an environment you’d like to view the flows.
- On the right side under "Resources" in the top menu, select ‘Flows’.
- A list of the environments flows will be show
You could also try creating a Flow to find your Flow using the "List Flows as Admin (V2) Action:
You need to scroll thru the list of Actions returned from the Search as the needed Action does not show up first (or event in the first 20 actions for me).
If you are not able to run the "List Flows as Admin (V2) Action, you still might be able to run the "Get Flow" Action which will show Flows you have access to.

I am not sure of your experience level so I thought I would also offer that you check "Cloud flows" and "Shared with me"
I know that when I first started out I shared a flow and then did not know that it would switch to the "Shared with me" tab. We all start somewhere.
Do you know any part of the Flow name? You could try to type what you know in the Search to the top right and then just keep hitting the "Show more" button.
Hopefully you locate it.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Users must provide a solution which can be an “Accepted Solution” in the Forums in all of the communities and there are no limits to the number of “Accepted Solutions” that a member can provide for entries in this challenge, but each entry must be substantially unique and different.
