Converting file: Error from Office Service.

Hi,

I have an old flow, which worked perfectly, but now I get the following error message:

Error from Office Service. Url=https://euc.wordcs.officeapps.live.com/document/export/pdf HttpCode=NotFound cert=subject:;thumbprint: ResponseHeaders=Connection: close
Date: Tue, 23 Apr 2024 06:41:01 GMT
Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET

I don't understand this issue, why it appears now?

I try to check this issue in other comments, but none of the mentioned solution works for me...

I checked the connections, and the result of create file step, both of these seems to me good.

Do you have any idea, how can I fix it?

Hi @Rapier ,

I suggest that you re-add the connection for "Convert file" or delete the action and add it again. Then resubmit your flow.

Another possibility, you need to check if the ID and other parameters in the "Create file" is correct.

Solved: Error while converting word to PDF using OneDrive ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft....

Best regards,

Hi Rimmon,

Hello,
I'm having the same issue starting from this morning.
We have an automation that creates the excel file in a path from OneDrive for Business connector and then it is supposed to convert it to PDF.
The error message is the following:
Error from token exchange: The connection (japan-001/onedriveforbusiness/shared-onedriveforbu-478b45df-d864-497e-bc89-33650691d5c1) is not found. Please create new connection and change your application to use the new connection.
Unfortunately, when I try to create a new connection, the window says my Microsoft account does not exist.

I am also experiencing this issues with the exact same convert to pdf block and the issue also started for me this morning.

Hi,
i have the same problem, starting : Mon, 22 Apr 2024 19:18:00 GMT

Flow ran without problems and changes for 5 months.....

Same issue for us as well, on a flow that had been running for months.

Has anyone reported this to Microsoft?

Forgive my ignorance... I would do it immediately bu I haven't because I have never had to previously and I couldn't quickly find a way to report the issue.  If you have any suggestions, I will jump on it right away.

@jbprsn I did get a ticket put in on our end, but the more the merrier!

If you go to the power platform admin center and then go to help and support on the left you should be able to put one in.

I am having the same issue:

I think there is a solution that works for me!

I was able to delete all the connections from OneDrive in my environment from the home page left section under "Connections" and then in the flow re-establish a connection with OneDrive. That solved the issue for me.

I hope this can solve it for you too!

Just tried here but the same error. Are you converting to PDF?

@AndrekspI was converting a word document to pdf when getting the error.  As @DoubleT recommended I deleted my onedrive connection only (coincidentally, I had two onedrive connections and I had to delete both.  I also have about 8 other connections in my flow that I did NOT delete).  I reconnected to my flow and resolved my issue.  I successfully processed 48 conversions.

@jbprsn

I was dropping the connection inside the power automate and was not working.
I could see the connectors on the solution of Power Apps. Then I deleted it. Started working after creating a new connection.

Thanks,

Andre

Hi all, I am facing exactly same issue since this morning 25-Apr-24 1AM GMT+7

It happened to the flow that converting excel(online) to PDF using conversion on OneDrive. It has been working fine for 3 months. So this is 100% something to do with Microsoft. Does anyone know when will they fix this? No any workaround is working so far.

Works for me, too. Thanks
