Create sharepoint list from Form

I have a simple flow where:

1.- From a form I obtain data and an attached file
2.- You must create a sharepoint list
3.- Send an email with that information attached.

My problem is that the form for example is:

Name
Date 1
Date 2

But Date 2 is optional; However, it does not create the list because it requires that the 2 date fields be filled, how can I make it create the item in the sharepoint list even if the 2 date field is not filled?

@gcastanedan Depending on the type of form you are using, you need to ensure you select the correct Get file Content action. I cover the two different form types and where the files are stored in this section of my YT tutorial: How to Add Microsoft Form File Uploads to a SharePoint List Item

You are also using the incorrect dynamic content for the File field. I cover how to get the file content in the tutorial.

Hope this helps!

@gcastanedan You might find these MS Form tutorials linked below helpful.

Can you clarify what you mean by: it requires that the 2 date fields be filled

If the two date columns in your SharePoint list are required and a user doesn't fill out Date 2. Is there a default date you'd like to pre-fill?

@creativeopinion I have 3 fields on my form, 2 are required and one is not.

The following fields are required:

Name
Start date

And the following field is not required either in the form or in the sharepoint list.

Final date

When creating the flow, it does not create the item in the sharepoint list because it waits for the non-mandatory field to be completed and I cannot get my flow to work

@gcastanedan Can you share a screenshot of your flow in the Classic Designer (toggle off the new designer) and expand all actions. Ensure you are in edit mode.

It'll help to provide context when I can view your flow in the Classic Designer.

Good morning.

The idea of my flow is to capture incidents and have them stored in a sharepoint list and at the end send an email with this information that is stored.

I based it on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-hiDOPAG-4&ab_channel=RezaDorrani

I have managed to add the item to the sharepoint list.  Add an expression for empty fields.

but now it gives me this error when trying to add the attachment to the sharepoint list
