Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904 clientRequestId: 03913eaf-7cfa-4c5a-8fc3-21dc1f1bdd2c serviceRequestId: 03913eaf-7cfa-4c5a-8fc3-21dc1f1bdd2c

Hello,

Can someone help me? I encountered an error (exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904).
clientRequestId: 03913eaf-7cfa-4c5a-8fc3-21dc1f1bdd2c
serviceRequestId: 03913eaf-7cfa-4c5a-8fc3-21dc1f1bdd2c) occurred in my functioning flows. I tried submitting again; some of them went through and some didn't. I have no idea how to correct this error. Multiple items are affected. Can someone else experience the same? How did you solve the issue? The error still occurs, especially when using SharePoint's Update Item action.

@jaina is there any update for this? I had this issues yesterday, and hoping it doesn't happen again today.

Here's the latest info to our ticket from Microsoft suppport:

Issue definition:

Update item Action Failing status 400.

Analysis:

How to check it: login in office as an admin -> Health -> Service Health -> search the issue.

Still no confirmation that the issue is fixed.

However, tried to re-submit the failed workflows, compared to yesterday, many have been successful. There are some items that are failing due to the same error message.
