Flow failing after a successful test

I have a flow based on a condition. Sort of an "if this then that" It is not set up on any sort of time condition. The flow will run without triggering the condition. The flow is based on a dynamic flow trigger value. If the trigger changes a value it kicks off a series of processes. So the value is saying "no input" when I look at the failure. But when I test it, the value is in there and correct.  First, what is causing the error and why would it run if not triggered?

I've had triggers act differently depending on whether they were tested or triggered outside a test. We might be able to help you if you post which trigger you're trying to use and an example of the flow.

Hey, Jiwhite I don't know if I can send my flow as zip or not? So let me try and explain it first and I can defer to your expertise on how to give you more detail. I am a noob. 🙂 

1. If an item is modified or deleted. Cloud workflow using a Sharepoint list.  In my case, I have a column that has a complete yes or complete no, where that dynamic value changes from yes to no: 

2. That "yes" triggers copies my entire row to an archive list 

3. A delay is set for 5 minutes

4. Then another action where the item is deleted from the original list. 

Basically, I am trying to have a dashboard that has active projects. I then like to move archived projects off my active list so I don't have 100s upon 100s of active and nonactive in the same place. I wish there was a way for you to see my flow. Let me know.

Here is the failure. The condition says not inputs. But I will send a successful run with the same values.

So as you can see the condition has a dynamic value that triggers. It works. I have no idea why it is auto running? I can't understand why it's triggering when no one on my team has triggered the flow.

The flow was never activated as the condition was never triggered on the dates it said it ran. In addition, the two you see that succeeded? I ran those and it worked fine.

What are the trigger and the Condition in the flow, not the test result?

The trigger is "if the condition which is "complete" in a list changes from no to yes then it triggers the apply to each column a copy to an archive list. Then a 5 minute delay so a copy then delete do not attempt at the same time. Then a delete item from that original list.
