Flow unable to connect to OneDrive for business

I am having a problem with all Flows that use a connection to OneDrive for Business.   I have an existing Flow which reads an Excel file in a subfolder on my OneDrive for Business, if I try to modify the Flow it will only recognize the root folder in OneDrive for Business.  If I try to load the sub-folders, it gives me mesg. "No Items"

I get this error when I try using a new Flow that connects to OneDrive as well.   I have rebooted my pc, signed out of Flow, signed back in, refreshed the connection to OneDrive within the Flow and still get the same error.  

I did have a co-worker try the same thing on his pc and he is getting the same error, so it looks to be something with the connection to Flow on the backend.  

Has anyone encountered this before?

What’s your current situation? Are you still having the issue?

It seems that this issue has been fixed now. When testing it on my side, all the triggers and actions of OneDrive for Business are working fine.

Please try again and feel free post back if you are still having the issue.

Hi - I am having the same issue with Onedrive for personal.  There is a pre-made template I am trying to use.

  • There is a condition, "When a file is created"
  • There is an option to select a folder
  • By default, "Root" folder is selected (the address appears as a single "/")
  • If I try to go through the explorer to select another folder, an error appears saying "No items"

 

Please can someone help!?

Same Probleme here.

 

When choosing using "When a file is created" the folder structure in the menu to choose from stays empty (see photo of previous post by shahab).

 

We reset all connections and connectors and regardless if custom or template flow .... content is not shown anymore.

Tried it on my home computer just for kicks and am now getting a slightly different error.

Good morning Mabel,

I tested it this morning and I'm able to connect to OneDrive.   Do we know if there was an outage on Microsoft's part?

I didn't do anything to fix the issue nor did I ever receive any communication from anyone on what they might have done to fix the issue, it just started working again.   I'm guessing MS did something over the wknd that fixed the problem.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
