Forms trigger not detecting changes to the form

Hi all

I have a number of Flows which are not detecting submissions to MS Forms since a few hours ago on 9/2/2020 1030 Aust Eastern Daylight Time.

The connections seem to be fine.

Is that the case with other people?

OK. Just checked that Form submissions at 2030 hrs AEDT are only being detected at 0200 hrs. Roughly 6 hour delay.

It seems that we can't trigger a flow with a form submission - was working fine last week now isn't working for existing or new flows.

Thanks I have logged a support ticket with MS. Hopefully they can resolve soon as a lot of our business processes are built around the flows working. The flows seem to work that aren't triggered by a form submission but the link between the submission and the flow seems to be broken (or severely delayed - which seems to be what you are experiencing?). I am not sure whether to tell users to hold off on submitting forms or whether they should keep submitting in anticipation of it coming right??!

Getting interesting now as the Get user profile (V2) action is now failing with a "404".

Similar issue here with a flow showing an error - previously worked quite happily.

Correction to my post immediately above @CWG101's:

I suspect the Get response details action isn't getting anything, though it's reporting itself as succeeded. It's therefore feeding rubbish into the Get User Profile (V2) action, which then it will fail:

 

If Get response details was to actually succeed, the Form response details would've shown the user's inputs into the form:

Thanks Alice, we are also having the same issue - the flows are being triggered around 6 to 7 hours after the form submission (rather than immediately as previous).

Same issue here in Sydney/NSW/Australia, form submitted 2 hours ago (1:30PM AEST) but flow was not triggered.

I am facing the same issue which occurred today (last successful run was around 10th Feb - 8.30am - +8 GMT)

It seems that flow is no longer picking up the trigger action of "When a new response is submitted" thus, the flow is never triggered.

OK - the Status 200 that I was getting was a facepalm moment. My own fault for having deleted that form submission and then resubmitting!

So there's really only one issue here: ~6 hrs delay in triggering 🙂

Same problem here in AEST. I have our team submitting a form every 12 hours which triggers an email. I have graphed the delay from the form submission time to the email receipt time for February. The problem began with the evening submission on the 8 Feb 2020 and gradually escalated from there. The last 2 submissions 10 Feb 2020 morning and 11 Feb 2020 evening have yet to be triggered.

These emails are time sensitive. Please advise when the issue is rectified.
