Newbie needing help

Hi could someone help with the following please, I'm very new to this so apologies if this is a big ask

I need to create a flow that does the following

• Recognises a response to an MS Form
• Sends the Form to a recipient for approval
• Approver views the response and approves or rejects
• If reject EMail to the responder to confirm reject
• If Approve a copy of the Form response is sent to the responder (with signature) via Outlook

There is nothing that will forward a copy of the form response built-in to Power Automate.  You'll need to compose something in the body of the email to send a copy of the Form answers.

Hello Team,

As correctly stated by @Pstork1 , currently there isn't Out of the Box method available to directly forward the copy of response as a form in whole, you will need to PARSE all that data and build a dynamic form using some simple HTML magic and then showcase it.
