OneDrive for Business When a File is Created & When a File Is Created (Properties Only ) Triggers Error

Hi All,

I have a flow triggered using OneDrive (business) When a file is created trigger. I had used this trigger last six months without any problems. But last few weeks it has failed.

When I Upload 30+ files to the Flow Trigger Folder, Flow triggers for the first uploaded file only. all other files are not triggered and the flow gets crashed.to fix this I have to assign a new OneDrive Folder to trigger.

But 10 or 20 files uploaded to the trigger folder flow successfully triggered for all files.

I have tried concurrency controls. But nothing worked. Above 30 + files flow trigger gets crashed and won't trigger for a single file until reassign a new OneDrive folder. I have changed the trigger to When a File Is Created (Properties Only ) .then the flow successfully runs for a large number of files few days. But now properties only trigger also failed for a large number of flies.

Please can anyone help me figure this out?

Please find below for test scenario.

for the testing, I have used 40 Jpeg images.

1st Scenario: Drag & drop 40 Jpeg images into the OneDrive folder at once.

Result: Flow triggered for the first image only. then the flow checker shows a flow trigger error & Flow won't trigger for other files, as I mentioned above.

Then I edited the flow & changed the trigger folder to another OneDrive folder & saved the flow. After saving the flow, flow checker error notifications are removed. then I changed the trigger folder to the same folder that I used in the first scenario.

2nd the Scenario drag & drop 10 out of 40 same jpegs used in the first scenario. Once the upload is finished I have to drag & drop another 10 from 40 images. like this, I have uploaded all 40 Jpegs to One Drive.

Result: all 40 files triggered the flow & Also all 40 flow triggers were successfully complet
