Other users trying to trigger a flow from a sharepoint list are met with a spinning disk

I've created a Flow that sends an email from a sharepoint list. I've created a button in a sharepoint column that triggers the flow.

The flow is shared with my O365 team and they can see it. The Sharepoint is through Teams as well.

When I am logged in, I can trigger the flow no problem! It runs and everything is good. However if someone on my O365 team clicks the button the side panel opens and just shows a spinning disk forever. The Flow does not trigger at all and isn't shown in the flow runs list. There is no error message.

Things we've tried that don't work:

Every combination of making the other users owners and run only users.

Different settings for connections.

Verifying that the Flows are shared, they can see them, and they have the same run IDs.

Trying everything through Teams, the Flow app within Teams, and the Power Automate App.

Trying both desktop and browser versions of Teams.

Accessing the Sharepoint list through Teams and through Sharepoint.

Logging off and back on in every combination.

I don't know if it's the issue but the flow is listed as having a "Per-user Plan"

The lack of error messages makes it extremely difficult to figure out what's wrong. Thanks for any help or insight!

Hi @pyrohmstr ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please explain more details about the spinning disk that you mentioned?

Best Regards,

Alice

This is the spinning disk my team sees when trying to launch the flow via the "Send Pickup Email" button. It spins forever.

Here is the JSON of that button - it works when I use it but not when my team tries to use it.

Here is the Flow Settings - I've removed everyone but one person to try to get it to work. We have the same issues whether it's shared with AA as a run-only or as an owner. Right now I have them as an owner.

This is the flow - it works fine when I run it. It is shared as a team flow. My team can see it in their team flows.

Here are details of the beginning - although it never triggers for anyone else. I'm the only one it triggers for when the button is hit.

This used to work for all members of the team but now it works for no one except me. We didn't change anything that we're aware of. @v-alzhan-msft thanks for the help!

I've tested and second user added in exactly the same way with the same permissions is able to use the button and doesn't get an infinitely spinning disk...

We can't figure out why one user can run this but another cannot.

Hi @pyrohmstr ,

Does the issue still exists?

Best Regards,

Alice

Yes, we're still having this problem.

We've narrowed it down to something being wrong with this single user's account. They have the exact same permissions as everyone else on the flows, teams, and sharepoint stuff. Everything from our side is exactly the same. No one else has a problem but this one person.

It doesn't work for them across multiple computers, browsers, any number of sign ons and offs. Removing them from the team, flows, and sharepoint stuff and readding them. They always get the spinning disk.

We're assuming there is something wrong with their account on Microsoft's side that we can't see or do anything about. I've asked them to reach out directly to support but so far no one has any idea.
