@Pratickkumar The reason your Filter Array action skips is because it's nested inside an Apply to Each action. The Apply to Each action requires an array of items to loop through.

In your case, it's a row from the List Row Present in a Table action. However, in your screenshot it shows that there are no rows returned from the List Rows Present in a Table action.

The cause of this could be a couple of reasons:

  • If you are using a Filter Query in the List Rows present in a table action, none of the rows match your Filter Query. Keep in mind, you can only use a single condition in the Filter Query field of the List Rows Present in a Table action.
  • You have more than 256 rows in your Excel Table. By default, the List Rows Present in a table action will return 256 rows per call. To increase this, you'll need to toggle on pagination for the List Rows Present in a table action. The maximum number of rows that can be returned per call when pagination is enabled is 5000 rows.

In this video tutorial I’ll show you 3 practical ways to use the Filter Array action and how to use it properly.

1️⃣ Cross-Referencing Data

Did you know that the Condition action has a limit of 10 conditions? Although it might look like the Filter Array action can only accept one condition—this is not true. By using the advanced mode you can enter multiple conditions into a Filter Array action with an expression.

No My excel sheet data is lesser than 256 rows. And yes I am using one filter query. I have posted a screenshot of the same. but when I remove that query then I am able to receive mails while running. But when I add the filter query it doesn't.  And I have attached a screenshot of the formatting of dates in my excel

@Pratickkumar When using the eq (equals to) operator the filter query is looking for an exact match. You've formatted your date in this format:

Yet, the date format in Excel is different:

creativeopinion_2-1718641806659.png

Your filter query will always return zero results because there isn't a match. You'll need to adjust your format so there is a match.
