@Indhu

As per our screen sharing session the issue was while adding attributes to the Select Columns

Mira_Ghaly_0-1626849441310.png

And Although there was real output when the on the Click to download when using the values later in the flow they were null

Resolution: Removing all fields from Select Columns

@Indhu

What is the connector or your data source?

@Mira_Ghaly  I use dataverse. When I try to set recurring flow, I don’t know what to choose in the next step. I need to open the entity and look for field value and based on that I need to send email

yo user

Hi,

You could do like this:

1-Trigger

2- Dataverse connector - get list (your table)

3- If condition -  check status

4- if true, dataverse connector - get row where id eq "userID" previous step (user table)

5- Outlook connector, send email to "Useremail" from previous step

@Indhu

Is overdue a boolean or a date time, either way you need to use List Rows on the Dataverse connector and add an OData filter to get the records that are overdue or alternatively can use fetchxml and then add an apply to each loop and send out your email.

Over due field is two option set- Overdue/No. I created this as a calculation field, depending on the check it sets overdue or not.

I have connected to Dataverse-> action(List Row) -> given table name -> then what i should do????

should i do "advanced find" in dynamics for finding the overdue field and fetch XML from that and paste it here in fetch XML Query?

This is my first power automate, so 🙂

@Indhu

1. Go to your Model driven App

2. On the Top Right bar you will find the advanced find icon

Mira_Ghaly_0-1626300528119.png

3. Click on it will open advanced find window select you table and add your conditions

4. Then Click on Download FetchXML

Mira_Ghaly_1-1626300640184.png

Then you can use it in your List Rows.

Hope this helps!

Thanks @Mira_Ghaly Mira, I have added my fetch XML in the fetch XML Query field under List Rows. Then I selected send mail notification and added owner (Type, Value). I think that gives owner's email id. cz Owner is the field which holds the owner email id.

@Indhu

You need to get the user email address so you need to get Get row by id and choose the table users and pass to it the owner value then from the output of the Get row by id you can use the email in the to.

Can you tell me the error?

User is the table I need to relate with Enquiry table.

Indhu_1-1626826906646.png

Owner is the Unique identifier of the user or team who owns the activity Enquiry.

@Indhu

As the error suggests the passed User ID is empty, can you share a screen of the flow itself?

Ownerid is the name of the owner not the GUID.

@Indhu

That's look right

Can you show me from the flow run history ... for the output of the List Rows?
