Hi,
I have a PowerAutomate workflow which has been triggering twice a day since 2019. The trigger is "When a new response is submitted" from MS Forms. Since yesterday, 13 February 2023, the PowerAutomate workflow has stopped triggering. I have checked the MS Forms and there are 2 submissions received yesterday, however the PowerAutomate did not run for both these instances and did not appear on the run history at all. The PowerAutomate flow was turned on, so unsure what has changed since yesterday.
Thanks in advance for your help

I have the same exact problem. Seems like Microsoft is having some technical problems. Here is the workaround. This worked for me. Hope it will also work for the others.
1. Save a copy of the errant Flow
2. Disable the errant Flow
3. Enable the copy

Yeah im having the same issue and did the workaround, but is there a actual fix to issue
I ended up duplicating the flow and turning off the old version. The new copy is working now
I have the same problem and I had to do the same to continue the operation, have you found a way to make the flow work again? I do not want to record the information manually
Hello,
I have a similar issue that happens occasionally.
Fixes to get you up and running:
1. Turn flow off and on.
2. Disconnect and reconnect the embedded connection
3. Delete and recreate the trigger within the flow
4. If all else fails create a new flow and copy everything into the new flow.
The above should solve the issue for now. Hopefully MS addresses this.
Thanks,
Devon
What is causing the Flow to stop working? Has that been identified. I have 2 that stopped working on Sat. One was running about 14 months and the other about a year.
I have the same issue. There have been 5 microsoft forms submissions since the 10th Feb and none have triggered. Everything showing as connected and no errors. I'll try just turning it off and on to see if that does anything as don't have time to recreate the flow today 😩
Don't recreate the flow just delete and re-add the embedded connection in my previous post. It takes only a few min and has always solved this issue for me.
I wish I found this thread a few days ago. Any ideas on how to resubmit the form submissions that were missed? Mine stopped in the afternoon on 2/13 and fixed itself yesterday 2/16 but collected around 60 submissions that did not trigger my flow in between.
I'm looking for a way to resubmit them. Initial thoughts are to duplicate my flow but change the trigger to cycle through the excel file looking at the submission date as the trigger. I'm open to other suggestions if anyone else has some ideas.
I would say that is about as good as it gets. At least you would then have a backup Flow ready in case this happens again.
Thanks. That's kind of what I was thinking too.
I noticed that I had forms that had not submitted on Monday 20 February. The forms I have discovered were submitted on 16 and 17 February. There may be others. I have about 60+ electronic forms with associated automations and I cannot think of a way to find out what forms were submitted that did not trigger the workflow.
Seems like it was a temporary issue, but not one I have seen in more than 4 years of use. I did not see Microsoft report issues with Forms or Power Automate in Admin Health either. It is a bit concerning that this could happen and not have Microsoft report an issue with the platform. I could have asked employees to hold off on Form submissions until the issue was resolved.
