Can you use a Flow to log emails coming on from a Shared mailbox that will log or group items like common topics / senders / question in a List that we can pull down to review for Training or FAQ creation?

We are trying to find out if there is a way to build a flow for shared mailboxes that will feed in email and allow us to gather data would include Number of Sent / Received emails in the mailbox plus group common question or topics together. We want to be able to pull a list or data that will share high level data from a mailbox while allowing us to pull and gather information for training purposes and also allow us to grab metrics of common people who email all the time, topics emailed on, questions etc. The goal is to allowing us to improve training and work force planning to see what comes in and what we need to allot for as an employee base to manage the mailbox.

FYI we have 115 Shared Mailboxes one for each of our locations so we would like to be able to run data in each individual mailbox but also have to flow up to a master that we can pull data as a group.

Any idea anyone has on a  way to accomplish this would be great.

Yes and I have done this several times.  One solution to consider is to put an automated flow that runs on a shared mailbox and that says when a new email arrives...  Your next action to is write to an excel table (an excel worksheet with the columns already defined in your table).  From there, you can "add a row to a table" and populate it with items such as date/time, sender, email address, to, cc, from, subject, body, to name a few. 

I have found this very useful to then create a pivot table and dynamically group data as needed and/or bring the data into a Power BI dashboard.
