SharePoint Tasks

Hi there. I am able to add a Tasks in my sharepoint online when an email arrives.

I have a problem: I can't set all the field such as "Assigned to" "Attachments" and so on...

Any idea?

What is Tasks? Is it the Tasks under To-Do Bar on Outlook web App?
Do you want to fill more fields in your SharePoint list by selecting from “Add dynamic content”? If yes, you could configure “AssignedTo” as “To”. For more fields, please click “See more” button.

Below is a flow I created to create items in SharePoint list when a Tasks email is arrived.

In my Sharepoint Site I've an "Activity" list called Task. As in you picture I've no "Assigned To" field and I am not able to make it appears...

Thanks for your reply. I understand that you have a Default Tasks list in your SharePoint Online. So I create a flow to create item in this list, but I find that there is no “Assign to” field can be configured, though there is a default column named “Assign to” in the list.

If I understand you correctly, I would suggest you submit an idea about this issue on Flow Ideas Forum:

About “Attachment”, currently save file in SharePoint list is not supported. If you need more fields, please feel free reply.

"Assigned to" does not show up because it is a column type of "People".  Currently people/lookup/choice columns are not supported so they will not show up.

"Flows can indeed be used to both create and modify SharePoint list items, however currently Lookup, People, and Choice columns cannot be written to. Today we only support reading from them, so they can be used as dyanmic outputs in other actions. This is a known limitation that we will be addressing soon. "Assigned to is a "People"

Another Option:

You could add another column to use instead of Assigned to that is of the text type and use it instead and just hide the assigned to column.  We just created one called "Assigned Staff" and write the vaule to that instead.  It won't have people picker functionality if you change it from the sharepoint side, but it worked for what we needed to do.
