Sharepoint Online List - send email via PowerAutomate

Hello,

I have two issues and I need your help :-).

I apologize ahead that somethings on screens are in Czech 😞

1. How can I send last 5 items on the list?

• I have list in SharePoint Online which every day has new entry and I need send email to someone wiht only 5 last items.

How should I modify my flow so it will send only last 5 items?

2. Problem with time in email from PowerAutomate

This is my table in SharePoint list:

And this is what PowerAutomate will send me:

If you will notice, there is 2 hour difference. I checked my time zone and I did not find a problem. It is correct.

Any thoughts what could do this?

Do you want to send last 5 items of the list and solve the problem caused by time zone?

Based on your description, I have made a simple test for your reference.

1. Here is my SharePoint list:

You could click ‘Show advanced options’ in Get items action and set ‘Order By’ property to reverse order.

In addition, you could set the ‘Top Count’ property to limit the number of items.

SharePoint stores all its date/time fields in UTC time, so maybe you need to convert the time to the time zone you want.

convertFromUtc(items('Apply_to_each')?['Start'], 'your time zone','yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss')

convertFromUtc(items('Apply_to_each')?['Stop'], 'your time zone','yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss')

Thank you for your help. First problem was solved. And second is almost done :-).

I did some modification so I it will be more pleasent for receiver.

But when I did those modification, I lost 24h format of time. Could you help me with that?

This is current flow:

Apply for each (fx) 

sort(outputs('Získat_položky')?['body/value'],'created')

Append to string vaiable (fx)

convertFromUtc(items('Použít_u_každého')?['Start'], 'Central Europe Standard Time','dd.MM. hh:mm')

convertFromUtc(items('Použít_u_každého')?['Stop'], 'Central Europe Standard Time','hh:mm')

items('Použít_u_každého')?['Description']

This is email result:

Which is ok but in the first I need 15:32 instead of 03:32.

Any idea how to put back 24h format and do not lose the table I will receive in email?

I found the solution :-).

The difference between 24h format is capital letters .. "hh (2 afternoon)" or "HH (14 afternoon)"
