flow slow performance; need an advice/ maybe alternative (?)

Good day,

I have a flow and it kinda takes a lot to complete.

here you can see that it take around 4 hours just to complete a task.

I dont know how I can improve it further to even reduce the time, or if there's much better alternative.

heres the flow:

 * here I am getting the Data from Power Apps and parse it to JSON and store it.

 * here I am running a condition based on two parseJSON earlier. It created two for_each when I enter and compare data from two parseJSON

 *lastly, I will create a new row in dataverse with the stored variable items that i have gathered during the run.

It runs just fine and no errors. but it takes a while just to complete a load.

concurrently, it lasts 4 hours just to process (512) items from two parseJSON. 

I am planning to run around 1500 to 5000 items to compare and run on this but if it takes 4 hours for just 512 items. I dont know if it is worth it.

@Intoxicated Have you considered using a Filter Array action first, instead of an Apply to Each + Condition action? With a Filter Array action you can filter out the items you'd like to loop through first instead of looping through every item and running a check to see if it meets your criteria. 

Also, if possible use a Compose action instead of setting variables in an Apply to Each loop as you can turn on the concurrency control which will help speed up your flow run.

What data are you comparing exactly? In the meantime, please take a look at the tutorials I've listed below. You might find them helpful.

I dont know if its applicable to what I have watch but since it is not included in your videos.

The main point is that, I have to check if there's a match item on two arrays. If there is. Ill create a new item on dataverse. thats basically it.
